My pet portraits are painted in oil on wood panels and sealed with a matte varnish. I paint on primed wood for its durability and surface. Wood provides a stable foundation, naturally preventing sagging and cracking of your painting as it ages. Standard, store-bought picture frames accommodate ¼ inches for artwork and will fit your painting!
I recommend submitting a clear, naturally lit photo of your pet for my reference. After drawing your pet, I will email you a photo to confirm the composition. A second email will be sent at the completion of your painting to make sure you are happy before shipping.
Total time between placing your order to shipping can take 2-6 weeks. I cannot ship your painting until it is touch-dry! If you need it by a certain time, please send me a message before ordering as I may be able to accommodate.
